Tutor and Artist in Residence
Starting January 2024

After graduating from the Royal Drawing School in London in 2010, Emma taught drawing classes for them in various venues including Whitechapel Gallery, The V&A Museum, The National Gallery, and Saatchi Gallery. She then set up and ran Root Drawing, an experimental drawing class for local artists before developing her own practice in painting at the Turps Art School in London. For the last four years she has run the art department at the Krishnamurti school, Brockwood park in the UK while continuing and deepening her own practice taking painting and drawing into sculpture and dance. Emma now continues her personal research in Backsteinboot in Berlin.
