Booking & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change. If you are unable to attend your course or studio session, please let us know as early as possible via email or WhatsApp.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a refund of the deposit paid.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a class, workshop or studio session are non-refundable.

Where possible, we are happy to transfer bookings to another available course date.

Please note that PayPal and Stripe transaction fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from refunded payments.

If you are unwell, we kindly ask that you wait until fully recovered before attending the studio.
